Life's a Beach in Grand Haven!
West Michigan has been my home since 1979, having moved here from Ann Arbor.
During the time that I have been a Realtor (1997), I've been the recipient of various top producer awards each and every year. I recently acquired the TRC (Transnational Referral Certification) designation, to assist buyers or sellers who have an interest in international real estate.
Communication and negotiation skills are my greatest assets. Clients can always count on me to call them back promptly with updates or answers to any questions. During negotiations, I explain very thoroughly all of the options available and find creative ways to make an offer work and/or solve problems, that are sensible to all parties involved.
Over the years I have dealt in all areas of residential real estate with heavy emphasis in vacation and waterfront homes as well as relocation. I have considerable experience in the building process along the lake shore in the "Critical Dunes" area and working with the Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).
